I offer a relaxed environment for you to bring any difficulties you'd like to focus on, big or small. Whether you're new to counselling or have previous experience, we will work together to tailor a personal plan for your needs.
Some people like to bring specific goals to their sessions, whereas others are more comfortable with a more explorative approach - seeing where our work will naturally take us.
I use a combination of Humanistic Existential and Psychodynamic approaches. This looks at working through life's every day struggles with a focus on what brought you to this point in your life, and made you the person you are today.
Whether you want to work on getting back to yourself, or seek to become the person you've always wanted to be, we will work together to create an open and supportive environment for you to explore yourself, your thoughts and your feelings.
